It feels like a successful family owned business at first glance.

Cons

No process. No plan. Management that passes the blame. Refusal to change even when losing money. No opportunity to advance. Abusive management all the way to the top. Asked to regularly lie to customers to generate sales.

Vehicle allowance was solid and untaxed. Competitive on commercial plumbing/ commodity/ PVF. Understood rebates and took advantage to win commercial plumbing bid work.

Cons

Sales manager largely unavailable. Sales didn’t have access to quoting/ estimating tools, but getting a small HVAC quote put the door took several weeks. Since there was very limited bandwidth for estimating, new sales growth suffered in prioritizing only large existing accounts for sr. Reps
