Toxic environment, nepotism, the worst benefits, boss's friends get away with treating people very poorly, if you opt to leave & try to take vacation, they dismiss you .

Vehicle allowance was solid and untaxed. Competitive on commercial plumbing/ commodity/ PVF. Understood rebates and took advantage to win commercial plumbing bid work.

Cons

Sales manager largely unavailable. Sales didn’t have access to quoting/ estimating tools, but getting a small HVAC quote put the door took several weeks. Since there was very limited bandwidth for estimating, new sales growth suffered in prioritizing only large existing accounts for sr. Reps
