Most people are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Terrible pay and benefits. Toxic work environment. Constantly watching your back. Good managers are replaced with yes-men. Definite good ol boys club. Sales is treated as gods and everyone else has to clean up after them.

Vehicle allowance was solid and untaxed. Competitive on commercial plumbing/ commodity/ PVF. Understood rebates and took advantage to win commercial plumbing bid work.

Cons

Sales manager largely unavailable. Sales didn’t have access to quoting/ estimating tools, but getting a small HVAC quote put the door took several weeks. Since there was very limited bandwidth for estimating, new sales growth suffered in prioritizing only large existing accounts for sr. Reps
