Pros

VRIZE provides an excellent learning environment for freshers. The onboarding process was smooth and very supportive—they even arranged stay at Hotel Babylon International which made relocation easier. Seniors are approachable, the work culture is friendly, and there are good opportunities to grow.

Cons

Since the company is still growing in Raipur, some processes and facilities can be improved. Workload can get a little high at times, and more structured training programs would make it even better.
