9yAppreciate your candid feedback, and particularly the comment on high expectations. Unfortunately, to be clear, we as management do NOT expect to lower the bar on demanding high performance. This higher performance expectation factor can be a tremendously effective self-selection filter :)
Further, we are planning to reduce the chaotic nature by adding more staff members, and greater adherence to the process. However, due to the relative unpredictability of the Business Development, some Chaos can be expected.
