Pros

Good people try to do their best Can-do attitude to try to find a way to get things done instead of just saying no Lots of training opportunities to improve skills across all areas Coworkers care in spite of what management does. The plant manager at Oregon is a good guy and tries his best with what he is allowed to do.

Cons

Very hard to work when female boss finds out the guys make more than her. Top management is young and has no experience outside of VT so they think they know it all but new managers with decades of experience come in and get their real solutions ignored. They try to control things by making so many processes that it's harder to do a simple task. Employees have to hide ways they help customers to keep from getting in trouble and making a $3 fix turn into a $300 fix. MEETINGS. MEETINGS. MEETINGS. If you like meetings this is the place for you. Salaried people have to work all night to make up for the days they spend in meetings.
