Pays the bills and there are some good relationships

Cons

No time at home..work 10 hours a day 6 days a week. Don't make plans for Saturday because you'll only have it off once a month. Hire inexperienced people over experienced people for jobs. May never reach top payout because they are very stingy on raises. HR and management are in a what can you do for us not a what can we do for you state of mind. You make a mistake and you better watch for the hypothetical knife in your back! Sneaky!

Great values and care about improving further. Pay is very fair for Floyd county. Team members’ voices are heard, and the Company tries new actions to help improvements.
