Good benefits, decent pay, company perks i.e. paid outings, bonuses, etc.

Cons

Some performance expectations are a bit unrealistic; it's a numbers game that seems impossible to win which can make you sometimes feel discouraged about how good a job you're actually doing. Some of the people are hard to work for/with.
