Pros

You will read the following by most every review, good or bad. From the owners to management to coworkers, the people and environment are first rate. Everyone wants you to be successful. They treat employees like you want to be treated. They care about you period. While it is true that there is a ton of information you must learn and you do feel overwhelmed in the beginning, you will learn it and be successful IF YOU LISTEN AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. I am still in training and am almost done and I am now starting to run on all cylinders. You are payed a nice base salary for the first 4 months while you are building deposits. I have done the math on my sales and I can expect to do very well. The fact that I will have to work from 1pm to 10pm and on weekends absolutely does not bother me. Lots of descisions are made on weekends. So $$$$$. I am impressed and blessed to be a part of this organization.

Cons

I have not seen any yet. I know that after training you get paid 1 time per month but I dont see that as a problem unless its the very first month getting paid that way. So for now I just have to wait and see. But really, I dont think it will be a problem.

Pros

Ability to work from home, and uncapped commission

Cons

Out of touch responses to any negative review. Rigid adherence to how things have been operating, and unable or unwilling to consider suggestions that would actually improve the relationship between company and agents. Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
