Pros

For the most part, the atmosphere in the office is positive. The co-workers are very friendly and management wants you to succeed. There are contests to keep you motivated. The earning potential is very good. You get out of it what you put in.

Cons

Small mistakes can cost you commission. You work nights and weekends during the first 2 years. 40 hour weeks won't make you the big paychecks. Top producers work 6-7 days a week.

Pros

Ability to work from home, and uncapped commission

Cons

Out of touch responses to any negative review. Rigid adherence to how things have been operating, and unable or unwilling to consider suggestions that would actually improve the relationship between company and agents. Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
