Pros
You can make as much money as you'd like. 40 hour work week, but if you want to put in more time, it's completely up to you. Benefits are great! Laid back envirionment, friendly place to work. (I've never worked in an office that had an open door policy throughout the company, including management)
Cons
Work weekends in the beginning. Can't work from home.
