Pros

commissions are uncapped and yearly bonuses are a plus

Cons

Upper Management continues to fire and terminate very valuable tenured agents with hundreds of thousands of deposits, just so they can claim the commissions from agents that have had to leave the company. If the Travel Agent is not an active employee when the commissions are paid, the agent does not receive those commissions that the agent had sold to their clients. The agent completed the sale, and should reap the benefits of the commissions whether they are an employee of the company, or if they leave the company by force ( fired and terminated ) or if they have other reasons to leave the company

Pros

Ability to work from home, and uncapped commission

Cons

Out of touch responses to any negative review. Rigid adherence to how things have been operating, and unable or unwilling to consider suggestions that would actually improve the relationship between company and agents. Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
