Pros

Great earning potential and great perks. I think this is one of the best sales jobs out there. All of the leads are inbound, and we are selling a fun product. A lot is done to keep agents happy in the office and employee suggestions are used to continue improving. Training is paid, and the training program is very thorough. Anyone who wants to be successful here is able to. The dress code is casual, work environment is fun, and the company picnics and holiday party are fun events outside of the office. Many opportunities for free and discounted travel.

Cons

The hours for new agents are nights and weekends. Eventually you are able to move up to earlier hours or different days off, but it can be difficult for some people to adjust to the schedule at first. It can get a little repetitive sometimes.

Pros

Ability to work from home, and uncapped commission

Cons

Out of touch responses to any negative review. Rigid adherence to how things have been operating, and unable or unwilling to consider suggestions that would actually improve the relationship between company and agents. Surveys use a non-standard metric, just because it's what Alan wants, despite standard surveys (CSAT/NPS) being available.
