Pros
Cool work environment. Everyone has been good to work with. They don't micromanage as long as you are doing your job. Opportunity to work from home. Calls come to you, no cold calling. If you stay long enough, you can build a pipeline that can become lucrative. Bonuses are nice if you make it there. Fun company events.
Cons
You only get 25% of the commission brought in. Their position is they have the platform and the marketing that drives business. You would get more of the percentage with referrals and repeat business because at that point they are coming to the company to deal with me. After hitting what would be the guarantee they offer, you should start getting more of the pie. We are not only responsible for sales but also the customer service. Which a lot of times takes so much time away from actually selling due to needed clients. We are not paid for service. Seems like only the people that has been there for 5 -10 years plus are the only ones truly being paid. I feel like a simple bump up to 35%-40% after making the company a certain amount makes sense. All commission, no salary after a certain period. No one should work this job making less than 60K, it's too demanding and you sometimes feel underappreciated with the compensation.
