      Pros

      Multicultural and fast environment with young people from all over the world. Some learning but boredom comes soon.

      Cons

      Practically no benefits provided by them, everything is through their stakeholders. Unpaid holidays, growth opportunities are practically non existent.

      Pros

      GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

      Cons

      Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
