      Pros

      Supportive colleagues, people really care, smart motivated people always looking to add value. Lots of amazing salespeople to learn from, everyone is really down to rarth very little politics and drama.

      Cons

      None that I can really think of, I guess it can be super conpetitive sometimes but not in a negative way. People are generally mot looking to step on toes.

      Not using Vaco, any other company will not offer the same high quality experience.

      Pros

      GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

      Cons

      Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
