Vaco Dallas is such an amazing team. I worked on the Technology team for over 3 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. The technology team is made up of extremely talented and kind individuals who have genuine concern and compassion for each other and their clients and candidates! Wayne, the managing partner of team Dallas, is the best boss I’ve ever had and probably the best I will ever have! He truly cares for his employees and goes out of his way to provide opportunities for growth and success. Vaco believes in the independence and empowerment of their employees to manage their desk according to their own unique methods and processes. There is no micromanagement here, so those who succeed here are people with strong self motivation traits and organization! I would recommend Vaco to everyone. They are amazing at what they do and have such an amazing culture that anyone would be lucky to experience.
Cons
No hand holding, so if you need to be managed closely, this isn’t the company for you! But for me, that was more of a pro :)
