Thank you for the positive review and feedback.
We certainly understand that there is a ramp up period with new associates, which can be repetitive and hard to maintain over periods of ebbs and flows of the market. However, we pride ourselves in setting realistic expectations with all our staff through weekly meetings to ensure they have a career path and goals that are achievable.
Employees that garner three or more years of experience within our structure are often suited to make a six figure income, and anyone who has a tenure greater than 3 years have over an 85% retention rate with our organization. Additionally, Vaco Lannick has some of lowest turnover rates in the industry and we aim to ensure our employees are setup for success starting on their first day of employment within our company.
Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
