Pros
I found some great friends there. The work was interesting to me, and I liked the team activities we'd do. My leaders would give me great feedback.
Cons
I felt like they kept hiring incompetent people. The manager was very nice and understanding but also a pushover at times. There really wasn't any opportunity to grow in the company when I was there. I waited 5 months before asking for a $3 raise (to $18/hr), but they only gave me a $2 raise, and that's where I stayed until I left the company. They don't tell you that raises are even an option or how to go about doing that. You have to rely on coworkers to show you the ropes rather than management or leaders. Maybe it's better now.
