      Pros

      Interview was fun and great. Team environment is excellent. In general, it is nice to work with people around you.

      Cons

      On boarding process is terrible if they have one. Did not get any detail orientation+payroll system+payroll access on the first day. Keep sending wrong log-in information. slow process to fix the problems; Tried to contact anyone with phone, no one is answering, only email back and forward but it takes several days to get answers. As a result, payment is being delayed due to not submitting the timecard on time; which I did not have access? working for wks but not getting paid on time....So wrong

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
