      Pros

      If you are from Nashville, Vaco is a terrific place to work. These people socialize with one another outside of work all the time. It's like a family in Nashville.

      Cons

      If you are not from Nashville, you feel a bit excluded. The leadership doesn't do a very good job of making people outside of Nashville feel as if they are a part of the culture of the company.

      Best recruiting company in the game! They make me feel valued and appreciated. They work tirelessly to get you the best placement possible.

      Cons

      Not using Vaco, any other company will not offer the same high quality experience.

      Pros

      A pleasure working with Lorraine's and Megan's team at Vaco. Onboarding is efficient and painless. If you have any questions, concerns, or need help throughout your assignment, the team at Vaco responds immediately. Also, I love how Lorraine and Megan checkup on you throughout your assignment. In addition, they have excellent relationships with their clients. Overrall, I enjoy the most working with this agency and their teams.
