It's a very collaborative environment made of of like-minded individiuals who are team oriented, supportive and hard working - Autonomy to do your work - Strong work/life balance - Strong leadership from the top down - Positive environment

      Pros

      A pleasure working with Lorraine's and Megan's team at Vaco. Onboarding is efficient and painless. If you have any questions, concerns, or need help throughout your assignment, the team at Vaco responds immediately. Also, I love how Lorraine and Megan checkup on you throughout your assignment. In addition, they have excellent relationships with their clients. Overrall, I enjoy the most working with this agency and their teams.
