Pros

Great work culture they spend an immense amount of time to develop their people. They also do a lot of company trips. The salary is very nice compared to most recruiting agencies. They pay for your cellular bill and office visits if you work remotely.

Cons

Not many cons. If you are new to the It field of recruiting I would definitely not advice you to work for home. You will have a better experience onsite. Its very hard working from home learning IT and recruiting brand new. If I could do it all over again I would do it because I learned a ton while their even thought I fell a bit short. If your new at recruiting I would advice you to work for a startup or a smaller company and build your skill before jumping into a big recruiting field.

Pros

GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

Cons

Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
