-forced employees to return to office, fired employees who can’t or won’t return without remorse -strong arm employees to commute without offering some kind of compensation/stipend -pay is a joke, especially in CA, benefits suck -entry level employees are mislabeled as contract and not given any PTO or vacation, only 9 days of sick leave for the year that cannot be paid out -despite meeting high work performance standards, team managers and leads expect perfection and continuously hound on mistakes made -forced to work holidays without extra pay -will be expected to work odd hours & weekends -no opportunities for career growth/advancement, dead end job -repetitive day-to-day tasks, will get boring and unmotivating
