Seek out Vaco for a position with them! - Organizational Change Management Specialist Vaco Employee Review

I really had a great overall experience as an employee of Vaco when they placed me at a large local area company. My first impression was very positive. My recruiter reached out with a personalized email message that made me feel like he was truly interested in my background and qualifications. We had a great initial conversation which led to an interview for a local area company. They prepared me for the company interview by providing me insights into the company and the team leader to whom I would be reporting. Ultimately, I got the job and the only reason I am no longer at Vaco is because I transitioned to an FTE role with the company where I had been placed after only 6 months with them. Throughout my time at Vaco, I really felt like the team had my best interest in mind. The pay was great, and their staff are helpful, attentive, transparent, responsive and kind. I was always able to reach someone at Vaco with needs or questions. If ever needed, I would be excited to join the Vaco team again!
