      Great team of people in all departments. Flexible schedule. Offers work from home options but maintaining a great office atmosphere. Tremendous opportunities to grow your knowledge in the field. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Compensation and recognition is lacking. Refusal to evaluate which departments need more resources, or placing resources in other areas resulting in a detriment to departments that need them more.
