      Pros

      Its a good place to start your career by working with its clients, such as google, especially if you are fresh out of college. Pay is also decent depending on which team you are on, but its typically on the lower end for other teams.

      Cons

      The only reason why this rating gets 2 stars is management is run by mostly incompetent individuals which possess poor communication, decision and professional skills.

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
