      Good position for experience and resume building! - Content Moderator Vaco Employee Review

      Pros

      I honestly really liked my team and my team lead, they are great to work with and very empathetic. They work hard despite having to work on rotating weekends and love to chat. It also helps though that I am Korean and I was on the KO team so my experience is definitely very specific and might be hard to use it gauge everyone's situation! Benefits are great but the pay is quite low. I love that I get to stay home though and have a bit of freedom, such as dressing however I want most of the days!

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of upward moment and everyday is a little repetitive as is the nature of the task. If you want more chill work this is the position for you!

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
