      Don't care about employees Expect to work overtime without extra pay No benefits No bonuses No pay rise Laid off a whole department to rehired in a cheaper country No growing option

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Open bar cause you need it to deal with co-workers and management!

      Cons

      People spend more time drinking than working. Pat sucks unless you are management. Office intimate relationships are off the charts for favortism!
