      Pros

      It's a good place to gain work experience if you just graduated from high school, that's it!

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive Team leads and management lack sufficient training in employee relations and project management The organization is very disorganized There are limited opportunities for career growth Employees are not treated well

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
