If I could give zero stars I would - Anonymous employee Vaco Employee Review

The pay is well below industry standards, and the benefits package is minimal at best, barely covering basic needs. Raises and promotions are rare, and often based more on favoritism than performance. Management creates a hostile and unsupportive work environment. Cruel and unprofessional behavior from supervisors was common, and complaints were either ignored or led to retaliation. There's a pervasive culture of harassment, and HR seems more interested in protecting the company than addressing real issues. Employee morale is extremely low, and turnover is high for good reason. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy, fair, or professional workplace.
