      Under stuffed, continues high pressure, no real improvement of developer work experience just more and more constraints and tools not mature or smooth enough to enable developers to increase the throughput.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
