- Working environment is great - colleagues are helpful - Flexible hours somehow - Salary range is acceptable for the country

- No balance between work and life at all, they need you working all the time! - Lack of transparency. - No concrete process for evaluation, Evaluation usually depends on personal Manager impression - HR department is doing their main job which is taking care of "Human resources" whom are the employees, instead they are taking care of the company interests. - They can leave doing the same things for years wither you are gaining new knowledge or you fed up with what are you doing.
