Do you know what you're getting into? - Engineering Manager Valeo Employee Review

To keep it short and sweet, supporting functions (HR/IT/etc..) are non-existant. Valeo's top management are always tyring to achieve more with less, waaaaay less. They keep hiring immigrant engineers seeking sponsorships and destroying their careers by not delivering on their promises (check public data on H1Bs and GC sponsorship from Valeo and you'll know). My advice after working there for years, make sure you know what you're doing before taking this decision.
