Pros
Here you can develop all the experience you can, so if you are really good you'll make Valeo look good, If you are a person who likes to take decision and be responsible for it, then Valeo is for you, just like it is for me, because we have a lot of people who is not commited to the firm.
Cons
There is not Human Resources sense, there is no real promotion of teamwork. I am sure that Valeo would shine as in the past, if they really promote a good working enviroment and honestly is not about the salary, it is about people feeling good working in Valeo.
