Pros
Good systems, opportunity to learn in a structured envirionment. Experienced coworkers provide good support and advice. Opportunities to move within organization if you are willing to move. Regular performance reviews and pay increases - not too high though!
Cons
Thinks the world revolves around them sometimes. Too willing to take business at any price. Cost reduction is emphasised too much on existing products rather than next generation designs - always seemd to be chasing the cost target. This firm has limited US opperations and therefore has a limited geographic footprint.
