Really didn’t see a best reason to work management and co workers are rude and if u are new like I was they make the new people work harder and they take advantage by allowing they people who already work there sit around until u complain that u are working alone in a team environment don’t be 5 mins late using the restroom u will get written up basically they want u to work like a slave and discipline u when u are in need of using the restroom like people just urinate and that’s all

10 min breaks and the 30 min lunch is so wrong knowing that it takes u about 5 to 7 mins to walk to the lunch room and it’s says in the handbook supervisor is allowed to make u take your 10 min break at your station so they treat you like a slave and throw all these unlawful acts at us and expect us to stay and wonder why the turnover rate is crazy and they want to threaten us with signed agreements that basically explain how they get away with violating labor laws and founding ways to get around it smh work there at your own risk I had 6 people that I know worked at Valeo and quit within 2 weeks time and they all say the same thing the money is not worth how they treat the minority in that place it’s sick because we all there to make a dollar but most of us get treated like dog poop because of favoritism
