      Pros

      Great culture. They grow their employees. Plenty of promotion opportunities. Flex schedule. Great benefits, 401k and vacation. Strong salaries.

      Cons

      IT is very fast paced and lean, usually a good thing but can become problematic if there's unexpected turnover. Everyone thinks I work at a gas station (we don't operate any gas stations).
