      Flexi timings. Linent work culture Good benefits Good Gym and other related programs Good salary Bonus structure and Appraisals available every year.

      Unqualified people in management Lots of frustrated oldies constantly whining Very very slow career growth IT budget is very very less compared to the company revenue size Lots and lots bureaucracy Lots of managers, sr. manager, Project managers and very less people to actually working Compulsary Donation of 1% to United Way
