no support from RDO, doesn't return phone call, email , text. leaves you hanging. Puts you in situations where you will fail. Bad staffing situation , put you out all day doing your job, and out all night throwing trash and you cant get around to see your valet like you should. Company ask you for more but wont give you more. when understaffed with DM, you will be told and given more properties and responsibilities. don't plan on getting a raise. even the best DMs don't get raise. Bonus plans are a joke, they continue to change for company benefit, not your. No bonus comes with an explanation or how and what you need to improve, so how can you make more money, It a moving target. Upper management is just lip service, they talk the game but never put words into action. That why the DM and Valet turnover will never improve. Upper management and HR is Blind.
