      You get to use company truck for work.

      Cons

      Little pay for high stress and long hours. Not worth working for unless you enjoy working 15-17 hour days.

      Flexible hours, good pay, minimal customer service needed

      Cons

      Unreasonable time budgets, will not cover broken equipment, constantly changing standards and pick up requirements, management is not clear with expectations until you've already failed them and performance reviews are inaccurate, some managers are great but most are not
