      I enjoy working at Valet Living because of the amazing culture. It is a culture where everyone not only has a voice, but that voice matters. The leadership truly lives the value of Servant Leadership

      Create your own schedule, work at your own pace

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
