8yThank you for providing a review. You mention exercise as a positive and you couldn't be any more correct! We have heard from so many of our Service Valets stories of increased fitness and weight loss due to the physical nature of the work. It's simply awesome!
I understand your concern regarding pay increases. We tend to hire our Service Valets at the maximum point of the range available and while this may be a positive initially, it can present a challenge over time. We are working on several new offerings for our part time associates including a reward/recognition program that provides for an added incentive (announcement with more details will come out in April). We also just announced that we are now offering tuition reimbursement of up to the maximum allowance of $5,250 per year in addition to our other benefits for part time associates (referral bonus, perks discount program, associate assistance program, associate relief fund).
In regards to full time positions, we do have these available for all associates and as an organization have a goal of increasing the percentage of full time positions filled from within the company to 50%. We currently fill approximately 35% of our full time positions from within.
