      Pros

      I love the positive atmosphere and the way I feel supported and appreciated! It's growing, which provides challenges, but there are also solutions provided to those challenges. Management is knowledgeable. receptive and available. I love how the company recognizes all positions/associates as valuable!

      I can't think of one con!

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
