Pros

Able to set your own schedule, average around 50 to 60 hours in the beginning, 40 to 50 after.

Cons

Have upper management back up your district managers, with their decisions. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Not much leadership support, wonderful training program for a week but after it’s lacking.

Pros

Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

Cons

No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
