You will find yourself working with people who are lazy/slow, so be prepared to pick up their slack.
The corporate company doesn't care about employees at all and tried firing me for speaking up about not having hazard pay during the pandemic

Related to your comment on corporate, I'm sorry you feel this way. Our organization consistently has placed associates first - whether in our current environment with COVID or previously, through national disasters that impacted so many associates. We also actively work to solicit feedback and implement changes based on the results we received. This is evident in the changes made to our SOPs for collection and safety as well as adjustment that we have made in several markets related to pay. The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.
Cons
The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault.
The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything.
I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
