Very frequent turnover, valets not paid enough even going over budget so they frequently quit. You'll end up pulling trash, and your 'off' time will be spent recruiting. They pitch it as 'split shift' but they expect you to be visiting properties and answering emails during day time even if they don't come out and say it.
You'll end up hauling trash a good bit, there's no way to recruit enough and as frequently as necessary unless you're part of a lucky minority. This is not the company where you want to end up I assure you.
