Thank you for sharing a review. Our District Managers have a challenging job and we appreciate the work you are doing. We recognize that staffing shortages can create a challenge for our District Managers and are working hard in this area to implement strategies for hiring and retaining our associates. Some of these included increased wages, sign on-bonuses, retention contests and we recently added an additional monthly gas allowance to help offset the rise in fuel costs. We are seeing improvements in our staffing and retention and will continue to work hard to ensure we are doing everything possible to support our District Managers.
