Pros

Days are open to handle chores, errands or personal projects

Cons

Work is physically demanding on your back and knees, your truck is constantly dirty and you will deal with all kinds of trash including possible sharp objects. Also work evenings which messes up sleep schedules and can take anywhere from 4 to more than 12 hours to complete the job.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate you sharing your insights on the company and thoughts on how you feel we can improve. No doubt about it, our Service Valet position is physically demanding and will expose you to some disagreeable odors as you deal with trash collection. There's always some risk when collecting trash and we work hard to provide all our associates with proper PPE and safety training to ensure they mitigate their risk of injury. Thank you again for the review. We appreciate all that you do.

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
