We also want to acknowledge your concerns about the compensation structure, workload, and the absence of extended time off and maternity leave. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to improve the associate experience.
We understand that fair compensation is crucial, especially given the demanding nature of customer service. Your point about the industry standard for similar roles is well-noted, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we review our compensation policies. We are committed to ensuring that our associates feel adequately rewarded for their efforts and dedication. All corporate associates are eligible for our corporate incentive plan which is distributed annually as well as merit increases through our annual cycle.
Additionally, we are actively looking into ways to enhance our benefits package. Recently, we announced changes to our military leave policy offering improved Military Leave differential pay, and starting in January, we will be implementing an enhanced parental leave, extending coverage to 20 days.
